What Is Product Liability?

[Music] Product liability means that a product that was either unreasonably built or lacked warning labels caused you injuries. And this can be a number of different products. It could be your seat belt. It could be airbags. This could be a vaping pen. This could be any sort of product. It could be a chainsaw. And so if the product was not manufactured properly or designed properly or didn’t provide you with safe warnings telling you how to use the product in a safe manner, we can potentially file a claim against the manufacturer or against the person that sold the product to you to compensate you for your injuries.
