What Evidence Helps My Claim?

[Music] There is a number of documents that will help you for your claim and I’m going to go over briefly a few of them. One of them is photographs of the accident or the incident. Another one is the medical records and bills. Another one is a journal that you can prepare to talk about how this has affected you. Another one is witness statements if anybody witnessed the incident. Another document is the police report or the incident report. And if we go into litigation, depositions under oath are also going to help you. And so these are some documents and evidence that can support you even at trial if we go to trial on your case.
