How Is My Case Impacted if My Loved One Was a Passenger in a Car Accident?

[Music] Most insurance policies are per person. And let me explain what that means. There’s per person policy limits that apply to each person involved. So if one person has surgery, the insurance policy will cover that person’s injuries up to a certain amount. But if somebody else dies in the accident, that doesn’t mean that the person that has surgery won’t receive any money because there’s money available also for the person that died. And so most insurance policies are called per person per incident. So I’ll give you an example. There could be a $30,000 per person and up to a $60,000 per incident. And so this is something that we’re going to review with you.
