Who Can Be Liable in a Car Accident?

[Music] Generally speaking, we see a number of common liability parties. Those are the parties that are at fault after an accident. That could be a single motor vehicle that caused the collision. It could be a truck driver causing the collision. And so those things will be determined after the accident depending on the case. How is liability determined? Is looking at the police report, looking at witness statements, looking at photographs, investigating the scene, possibly hiring experts. That’s something that my law firm does to go out there and reconstruct the accident. And so, we look at all of these things to determine liability. Liability is essentially who’s responsible for your injuries. That’s the number one thing we’re trying to determine as it relates to the accident.
