Do You Need a Visa to Attend the World Cup in the U.S.?

Some countries can apply, some people from some countries can apply for waivers. This sort of waves the need for a visa and then you can get in without one. But pretty much every foreigner from most countries coming to watch their team play is going to need a visa.
