Video Transcript
Ramez: The World Cup is coming to America and specifically to Dallas, Texas. Who needs a visa if you’re coming from a foreign country to the US for the World Cup?
Jordan: Yeah. So, literally everyone is going to be required to have a visa to legally enter this country for the World Cup. Some countries can apply, some people from some countries can apply for waivers. This sort of waves the need for a visa and then you can get in without one. But pretty much every foreigner from most countries coming to watch their team play is going to need a visa.
Ramez: If you’re coming here to watch the World Cup from a foreign country, let’s say you’re from Italy or a different part of the world, what is actually required for you to obtain a visa?
Jordan: Yeah, so it’s an application online and I, as a immigration lawyer, would help you fill that out from start to finish, be with you from start to finish until you get that visa in your hand. So really it’s it is an application online but it’s confusing and often daunting and people don’t know exactly which visa to apply for because there’s a bajillion different types of visas. So to come here for the World Cup, it would be a very specific visa and I can help them effectively apply for that.
