Myles A. Lenz has spent his career successfully representing individuals and small business owners in trial against major corporations and insurance companies. While Myles specializes in representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury cases including 18-wheeler collisions, workplace injuries, and wrongful death cases, he has also defended small business in contract dispute cases. Myles has a unique advantage in the courtroom through his experience representing individuals and small business as both plaintiffs and defendants.
After growing up in DFW and graduating from high school here, Myles attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus on Finance and Real Estate, he attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas on the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While at South Texas College of Law, he represented South Texas at national moot court competitions and participated in mock trial. Additionally, he became a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society as well as the Order of Lytae. During the summer after his second year of law school, he attended a summer program at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic that was led in part by Chief Justice John Roberts of the United States Supreme Court.
After law school, Myles joined a premier trial law firm in Beaumont, Texas where he was able to get extensive trial experience. In Beaumont, Myles represented individuals in a wide variety of personal injury and business dispute matters. Additionally, he worked as part of a team of attorneys protecting individuals’ civil liberties and constitutional rights. Today, Myles continues his work, zealously representing injured individuals against insurance companies and major corporations.
Myles is licensed to practice in all Texas state and federal courts as well as the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. In addition to this, he is actively involved in the Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and was recently named to The National Trial Lawyers 40 under 40 list.
