Jordan Weinberg
Of Counsel
Biography
Jordan Weinberg is an immigration attorney and Of-Counsel to Shamieh Law. He represents clients worldwide in all areas of immigration law — from deportation defense, waivers, green cards, visas, and citizenship. Originally from Florida, Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. After spending a year in New York City, he moved to Dallas, Texas, driven by a desire to make a greater impact on the immigrant community. Frustrated by how large immigration firms handle their clients, Jordan set out to build a firm that delivers affordable, transparent, and personalized care from start to finish. Through his hands-on approach and relentless advocacy, Jordan has achieved successful results for clients facing some of the most complex immigration challenges. A proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Dallas Bar Association (DBA), Jordan combines deep legal expertise with compassion and advocacy.
