Who May Be Liable in a Commercial Truck Accident?

[Music] There are a number of parties that may be responsible if you are injured by a truck driver. One is the truck driver. Two is the trucking company. Three, if there is a loading company that overloaded the vehicle with product and made the weight of the truck excess, that company could be responsible as well. Another party that we typically go after is the dispatcher. The party that’s responsible for controlling where the truck goes and how long the truck is on the road. So, if the dispatcher is putting the truck driver on the road for too many hours, they can also be responsible. These are just a few of the parties that can be responsible.
