What Are Common Damages in a Personal Injury Case?

There’s economic damages, which are your medical bills, both your past medical bills and any medical bills in the future, and also your loss wages, which can also be in the past and your future loss wages. And one of the ways we determine your future loss wages is by hiring an expert to come in and say for the rest of your life you’re not going to be able to earn x amount of money and that’s something we can compensate you for. Then there’s something called non-economic damages. Those are pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical impairment, which is physical limitations.
