Rolando Quesada is a bilingual personal injury attorney and the Director of Pre-Litigation at Shamieh Law. He was named the Director because of his experience, leadership, and management skills. With a focus on trust, teamwork, and genuine care, Rolando takes a results-driven approach. He has built a track record of success for over a decade while handling more than a thousand cases—from routine car accidents to complex, multi-million-dollar commercial claims.

As Director, Rolando combines his experience and tireless work ethic to ensure every case is handled with focus and care. He understands that behind every claim is an individual whose life has been disrupted, and he prioritizes quality and personalized attention for every client so that they are heard, understood, and compensated. Known for building strong teams, streamlining processes, and improving the client experience, Rolando delivers results without losing the human touch. Rejecting flashy gimmicks or hype, his approach is simple: hard work, relentless advocacy, and dedication to serving with integrity.

Rolando is a first-generation Texan, born and raised in Dallas, and the first in his family to graduate from college and law school. Inspired by the values of his parents, who immigrated from Honduras, he pursued his dream of becoming an attorney. Rolando earned his law degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was an active leader in student organizations that focused on community and professional development.

Outside of work, Rolando enjoys spending time with his wife, Lily, and their young son, Joaquin. He also loves taking long walks with his bernedoodle, Maya, watching movies, and listening to great audiobooks.
