Ard Ardalan is a trial lawyer with a passion for zealously representing individuals who have been harmed or injured. His general litigation practice focuses on personal injury matters, including catastrophic collisions, premises liability, product liability, civil rights and intentional tort cases. Clients trust Mr. Ardalan with a variety of sensitive civil matters including child abuse, rape, sexual assault, wrongful death, and mental health malpractice cases. Most notably, Mr. Ardalan represented several clients who were wrongfully held at Texas psychiatric facilities against their will. Regardless of the case, Mr. Ardalan is a champion for those who have been wronged or do not have a strong voice to defend themselves. Two qualities that separate Ard from other attorneys are his problem solving abilities and his ethical conduct.
Mr. Ardalan speaks four languages fluently, including Spanish, French and Farsi (Persian) and routinely represents clients who do not speak English. Mr. Ardalan also represents select clients accused in criminal proceedings.
Mr. Ardalan joined Shamieh Law after graduating from two of the premier universities in the country: Tufts University and the University of Texas School of Law. While attending law school, he served as a law clerk for an Austin-based civil litigation firm. Mr. Ardalan also served on the Student Bar Association and as an Articles Editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law. Mr. Ardalan previously worked in the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio.
